SPECIAL INFORMATION

A Resource Responsible Home uses premium building materials that provide greater health and comfort, achieve longer durability, and reduce environmental impact for the good of present and future generations. Coulter Builders builds about twelve of its "sun conscious design" homes a year, and uses them as demonstration as well as marketable homes. Each demonstration home features a "home tour brochure" that leads visitors through some of the many resource efficient features used in the building. Coulter Builder educates the public not only on the importance of resource efficient technologies and techniques, but the importance of working with manufacturers who use resource efficient techniques in producing home products.
