SPECIAL INFORMATION

This home was designed and built by future workforce members through the Construction Tech Program of Laramie County Community College. The home uses fewer materials through advanced framing techniques, is sealed airtight and super-insulated, supplied with solar photovoltaic panels that generate all of the electricity needs, and boasts a solar hot water system that reduces energy loads for heating (radiant in-floor) and domestic hot water. This home reduces the long-term impacts associated with housing over the lifetime of the home.
