SPECIAL INFORMATION

This urban row house renovation met the challenge of an 830 square foot lot size by creating a design that was small but smart. Using design principles for both efficiency and sustainability the designer/homeowners included multi-functional spaces, beautiful materials, solar hot water, efficient radiant heat, ample daylighting and more to achieve a contemporary feel well suited for the space and occupants.
