The result includes a super-insulated design, solar power, and an integrated material pallet to protect indoor air quality, reduce pollution during construction, reduce energy use, and achieve the best use of materials.

The home received a Five Star Rating from Energy Star, and was featured in the Winter 2005 issue of Coastal Contractor Magazine.
