SPECIAL INFORMATION

The NowHouse by Clever Homes, with CNET Digital Living is presented by Affordable Green Development Corporation, a 501 C 3 non-profit charity dedicated to promoting positive efficient home building knowledge and resources in the community. The NowHouse is in the parking lot of the new downtown San Francisco Giants baseball stadium. This is an opportunity to educate millions of consumers and tens of thousands of builders with a real world exhibit based around an actual house, all parts, appliances and accessories of which, including the house itself, can be acquired today by any person. It is well built, affordable, uses many sustainable and energy efficiency principles, and is digitally integrated. Please visit http://www.cleverhomes.net/ for specific pricing information.

This will be one of the most technically advanced home systems ever made available, in volume, for any person to acquire. As this home can be rapidly erected, it will also be used as a demonstration and fundraiser for recent Florida hurricane victims and for the Bay Area next-Quake planning. This is the first home that, literally, "grows" to meet lifestyle changes and family needs.

...so the house can grow as your family grows...

...using affordable, sustainable building principles
